We are looking for a proactive, people-first HR Business Partner to serve as the main HR point of contact for our Engineering Team and Amsterdam office. This role is a blend of operational excellence and human connection, supporting day-to-day HR needs while helping us build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team locally.
You will act as the bridge between our global HR function and the Engineering Team & Amsterdam Office, ensuring that our people practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with our company culture.

We are looking for someone who is willing to work in person from the office 5 days a week in regular office hours.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Support
Lead and support recruitment efforts, from coordination to candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure strong hiring decisions
Ensure alignment with PX's hiring practices and standards
HR Operations & Compliance
Support HR administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
Employee Experience, Performance & Engagement
Act as a trusted HR partner for the team, providing guidance and support on HR-related topics
Drive engagement initiatives and team events
Partner with managers to support team performance and development
Own and deliver Performance Management for Engineering Team & Amsterdam Office
Office Management
Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and welcoming environment
Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and support logistics for team activities
Provide insights and feedback to help shape HR strategies
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of experience in HR, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices - Knowledge of Foreign Labor Law is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
