In order to enable the strong growth of our company, BYD Europe is looking for an HR Intern to join our young, international team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.
As a HR intern you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general and various functions.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist in coordinating and completing recruitment tasks. Assist in scheduling candidate interviews. Assist in organizing on-the-job training programs for employees. Assist in designing and calculating incentive plans. Assist in managing activity funds. Assist in promoting corporate culture. Assist in managing organizational positions. Manage the document signing process for the General Manager. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required. Fluent English, Chinese or Dutch is a plus. EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa and CAN sign tri-party intern agreement). We offer:
