HR Intern

Do you like to learn more about HR in an international and dynamic company? Are you a service-oriented person with excellent planning skills and a hands-on mentality? Then you might be the HR intern we are looking for!

Who are we?

Destinus is an international and dynamic company. We design and manufacture turbines and package them. Our Hengelo office exists of approx. 50 colleagues and the HR department exists of one HR Manager. English is the main language we speak with each other. Taken

In the role of HR intern, you will work together with the HR Manager of Destinus Hengelo, Jacqueline Hetkämper. You will support her with:

• (International) Recruitment.
• On- and offboarding.
• Training and development.
• Health management.
• Advising and supporting (line) Management.
• Ensuring that administrative HR tasks are handled timely and correct in close cooperation with the HR Manager.

Vereisten

• Vocational Level 4 or equivalent.
• You speak and write English fluently, and you can speak Dutch.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well organized, reliable, and responsible personality.
