Job Summary
We’re looking for an HR Manager to join our Eindhoven team and make a real impact on how we grow, engage, and empower our people. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and policy implementation. This role ensures HR operations run smoothly and supports a positive, productive, and compliant work environment aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner providing support on people strategies, policies, and processes.
Support managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.
Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Ensure accurate payroll coordination and administer benefits programs (leaves, allowances).
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance.
Proven track record of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience, ideally in a fast-growing or technology-focused organization.
Comprehensive knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience maintaining team culture in an international, multicultural work environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Skills & Abilities Required
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in managing workplace conflicts by identifying root causes, providing guidance to employees and leaders, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and organizational values.
