HRIS systems support (HiBob, Officevibe) and reporting.

Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, taking ownership of the on and off-boarding process, including:
Preparing contracts and relevant documentation for new hires;
Coordinating and delivering engaging onboarding day experiences for new Robins;
Managing exit processes for leaving employees.

Support various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys, compensation and benefits, performance, and HR system improvements.
Collaborate with the wider Robin team to support a positive and inclusive work environment.
