With your experience, you will support the HR department across a broad range of activities. You are an HR professional who understands how to balance people, business objectives, and operational challenges. You enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and know how to build strong relationships with managers, employees, and HR colleagues. Above all, you are a people-oriented professional with a hands-on mentality, strong judgment, and the confidence to drive change, achieve results, and make an impact.
Completed MBO (vocational college) or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the HR field, preferably in an international environment;
Basic knowledge of payroll administration; a Basic Payroll Administration qualification is preferred;
Knowledge of and experience with HR systems (experience with AFAS is an advantage);
A proactive, independent, and eager-to-learn attitude, combined with strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a results-oriented mindset
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
