Updating HR Team Meetings: As the host of our weekly HR team meetings, you'll keep everyone up-to-date on the latest developments and ensure seamless communication.
Generate Monthly Reports: Dive into data and analytics to create insightful monthly reports upon request, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Support Audits: Help steer our HR department through various audits by providing invaluable support and expertise.
Manage Mobility Coordination: From expats to local staff, you'll handle all aspects of mobility coordination, including visa registration and vendor management.
Streamline Onboarding and Offboarding: Take charge of the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions by updating systems, managing payroll, and liaising with third parties.
Vendor Management: Spearhead vendor selection and contract management for both staff and contractors, while also overseeing recruitment and temporary staff budgets.
Provide Expert HR Advice: Act as the first point of contact for staff and managers seeking advice on HR administrative matters, and stay ahead of HR developments and legal changes to provide informed guidance.
Manage Leave Processes: Handle sick leave registration, monitor compliance with self-service leave systems, and provide guidance on special leave types such as parental or unpaid leave.
Ensure Payroll Accuracy: Support and verify monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Additional HR Support: Provide assistance with various other HR-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our HR operations.
Profiel
Experience Level: Candidates should possess an experienced level of proficiency in both national and international Human Resources practices. This includes a demonstrated track record of successfully managing HR functions across different geographical locations and cultural contexts.
Legal Knowledge: A basic understanding of employment law and Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) is required. This foundational knowledge ensures compliance with legal regulations and contributes to fair and equitable HR practices within the organization.
Payroll and Mobility Expertise: Candidates should have an advanced level of proficiency in payroll management and mobility practices, including familiarity with concepts such as the "30% ruling." This expertise is essential for effectively managing compensation, benefits, and mobility-related matters for employees across diverse locations.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and verbal English and Dutch is preferred. Effective communication in these languages enables seamless interaction with colleagues and stakeholders in multicultural environments.
