HR Specialist

Your mission

​We are Vertigo Games, developers and publishers of big hit VR titles like Arizona Sunshine, The 7th Guest and the highly anticipated Metro Awakening. Our Amsterdam studio is gearing up to start development for a big IP project and we are looking for an HR Specialist to join the team.
  
The ideal candidate has first-hand experience in a wide range of HR topics that occur in an international and fast paced company. If you are a people's person with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail, then we should meet!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Together with the HR Officer, you ensure that all HR activities are carried out correctly and on time.
• You report timely and correctly to senior management, Plaion and the Embracer Group.
• You manage and support HR activities such as payroll administration, contract management, leave management, policies & guidelines, personnel planning, advising studio managers and more.
• You implement and execute HR policies in line with business needs and culture in a pragmatic and efficient manner.
• You work closely with other departments, such as recruitment, finance, team management, studio management and other departments.
• You advise senior management in a proactive and data-driven manner.
• You improve processes and ways of working to ensure a great workplace for our employees.
• You stay proactively informed of changes in legislation and regulations that are important to HR and the organization.

Your profile

• Relevant, recent experience in an HR role within an internationally dynamic organization.
• Diploma in human resources, business administration or a similar education.
• Good knowledge of Dutch legislation and regulations.
• Experience with international recruitment, IND and 30% scheme.
• Good command of the English and Dutch language.
• Experience with HR and/or payroll administration software.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are social, culturally sensitive with an eye for detail.
• You are proactive and a hands-on multitasker.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
• You are available between 32-40 hours per week.
