Your Impact

As an HR Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related questions in the Netherlands. You’ll manage HR administration, payroll processes, and Workday data while providing accurate advice and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor law. You’ll also collaborate on international projects and help optimize HR processes.

What you’ll do

HR Servicing & Support

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate HR advice

• Resolve queries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage onboarding, contract changes, promotions, and offboarding

• Maintain and update Workday to ensure accurate HR data

• Prepare employment contracts and manage personnel files

Payroll Processing

• Oversee end-to-end payroll in collaboration with our external provider

• Ensure accurate salary changes and compliance with tax and social security regulations

• Perform payroll checks and resolve discrepancies

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve automation

• Participate in international HR projects

Who you are

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 5-8 years of HR and payroll experience in the Netherlands

• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and payroll regulations

• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS

• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented mindset

• Fluent in Dutch and English
