As an HR Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our Logistics Operations. Together with your HR Support colleagues and HR Business Partner, you will provide essential administrative and HR support to employees and management. Your work will ensure smooth processes, fast response times, and high-quality service — all contributing to a positive employee experience.
Provide administrative HR support across various HR processes.
Assist management and employees with HR-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities.
Contribute to continuous improvements in HR services.
3+ years of experience in HR Administration, supported by relevant HR education
Proficiency in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired qualifications
Knowledge of “Wet Verbetering Poortwachter” (Dutch illness legislation)
Strong customer focus and a positive, hands-on attitude
Flexibility, accuracy, and ability to perform under pressure
Stress-resistant and solution-oriented
