HR Technology Consultant

You quickly spot where processes can be improved. You think in systems while keeping sight of what our colleagues truly need. You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and enjoy improvements that genuinely deliver value.

What you’ll also need:
• You have HBO level (WO with 3–5 years) and 5 to 8 years of experience in HR-IT or system administration, preferably with Oracle HCM
• You speak and write Dutch and English well
• You understand how to manage releases, changes, and configurations
• You have experience managing vendors and KPI/SLA management (strong communication and stakeholder management skills)
• You are familiar with governance, audits, and documentation
• You help automate and integrate HR processes
• You work accurately, with an eye for quality and data security
