We are looking for an HRIS Specialist (Amsterdam)
The Banijay Central HR team is located in Paris, London and Amsterdam. For the HRIS team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an enthusiastic HRIS Specialist. You will have the unique opportunity to grow the HRIS function further and build on a world class HR team.
We are currently in the last phase of rolling out our global HR tool Workday including payroll integrations. This is an exciting time, and we are looking for an energetic and experienced HRIS specialist to support during this final phase of the roll-out and the support after.
In this role you will work with our HR Leaders around the world and Functional Owners to ensure we tailor the system to our business needs. You will be the spider in the web for the countries where we have gone live. Local queries will be resolved locally, more complex and global questions will land with you.
As HRIS Specialist you are responsible for activities including:
- Super user of Workday (backend)
- First point of contact for our countries and external partners, amongst others AMS and Payroll Providers
- System configuration and issue resolution
- Assist in the roll-out which includes payroll integrations
- Test new functionality/integrations
- Deal with queries coming from our countries, assess queries and either address or redirect
- Strategic outlook on how to optimize usage of our global tool and work with our Functional Owners
- Work with data and on data quality, frequent reporting on HR KPI’s, CSRD requirements and data analytics on request
- Ensuring data safety and correct authorization in the global tool on a global level, solve or escalate issues
- Frequent Workday calls with the countries
- Build & maintain manuals
- Payroll integration trouble shooting support
- Train the HR/Payroll population
- Feature release validation and communicate changes
Your profile:
- Customer Service Mindset: Being able to communicate with our global HR/Payroll population, understand issues and questions and respond actively
- Technological Skills: Being able to configure the system, assist with payroll integrations, and able to work with an external partner in high complexity matters
- Communication Skills: Being able to translate findings and reports into clear and easy to understand presentations on request
- Analytical Skills: Data analytics and reporting. Eye for detail, recognize data flaws and being able to correct
- Critical and process thinking: Look at numbers & trends, pro-actively look for ways to optimize processes and increase business benefits of the global tool
- Understanding of the possibilities and limitations of Workday
- Feels at ease in an international and fast paced environment
- Team player & self-motivated to work independently
- Hands-on mentality and flexibility
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A master’s/bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, information systems, or similar
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Workday super user
- Fluency in English
- A good sense of humor
- Travel to our companies worldwide may be required
