Job Description - IAM Business Process Analyst (ID:3157)

As an IAM Business Process Analyst, you will:

Identify functional and non-functional requirements for IAM standard processes by engaging with business stakeholders.
Define requirements for onboarding business applications into SailPoint or similar IAM solutions.
Contribute to migration strategies and align with business stakeholders during transitions between IGA solutions.
Support and challenge the IAM roadmap by identifying improvements together with business stakeholders and IT architects.
Define scope, design MVPs, and create functional designs, user stories, and specifications in line with IAM architectural principles.
Validate solution designs created by peers against IAM solution architecture.
Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing with business teams.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through interviews, workshops, presentations, and clear communication on IAM processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of professional experience in Cyber Security and IAM (Identity & Access Management).
Minimum 5 years hands-on expertise with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or similar IAM tools).
Solid experience with migration projects from one IGA solution to another.
Strong knowledge of security technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Ability to gather information through research, interviews, and workshops.
Skilled in translating technical details into business-friendly communication.

You should possess the ability to:

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Represent IAM initiatives confidently with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Think from a customer perspective and advocate their needs into solutions.
Create clear documentation, process overviews, epics, and user stories.
Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Communicate fluently in English (Dutch language is a plus).
