Job Description - IBM ISIM Consultant (ID: 2989)

As a Senior IBM ISIM Consultant, you will:

Design, develop, and troubleshoot workflows, provisioning policies, and adapters within IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM v6/7).
Integrate ISIM with a variety of enterprise systems including SAP, Active Directory, databases, and HRMS platforms.
Administer and manage LDAP directories such as IBM SDS and Microsoft Active Directory.
Provide L2/L3 level support for ISIM environments including performance tuning and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management and provisioning.
Contribute to the adoption of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) best practices across the organization.
Support ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, with a strong focus on IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM v6/7).
Deep knowledge of ISIM architecture and components, including workflows and policy configuration.
Hands-on experience in managing LDAP directories, including schema management and access control.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Shell, and Jython for automation and customization.
Experience with integration of ISIM with enterprise applications and identity sources.
Familiarity with ITIL practices for managing support and operational workflows.
Understanding of IGA concepts including access review, role management, and compliance controls.
IBM ISIM certifications are a strong advantage.

You should possess the ability to:

Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across IAM components.
Lead implementation and enhancement projects independently.
Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Maintain security compliance through effective identity governance.
Adapt to evolving IAM tools and technologies (e.g., ISAM, SailPoint, Saviynt, TDI).
Apply a structured approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
Work with Java scripting and databases as part of integration and customization tasks.
