Requirements
5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including at least 3 years working with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the IFS Cloud system.
Configure and customize IFS Cloud modules, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, Human Capital Management (HCM), and CRM.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team during implementation and post-go-live support.
Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and support.
Lead workshops and deliver functional demonstrations for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical consultants on system integrations, data migration, and reporting requirements.
Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
Provide end-user support, resolve functional issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
Stay current with IFS Cloud features, functionality, and product roadmaps to support future enhancements.
Experience in at least two full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of core business processes in one or more functional domains, including Finance, HCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service, or Projects.
Experience supporting full-cycle ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
Familiarity with the IFS Aurena interface and IFS Cloud capabilities.
Good knowledge of the IFS mobile application suite.
Industry experience in the utilities sector is highly preferred.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
IFS Certified Functional Consultant.
Knowledge of project management or Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of business processes related to Field Service Management.
Ability to document business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and configure IFS Cloud to meet business needs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
