Job Description - IGA SailPoint Developer (ID: 2954)

As an IGA SailPoint Developer, you will:

Be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint.
Implement user access reviews, provisioning/deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle management functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management, workflows, and access policies.
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation to support business needs.

What You Bring to the Table:

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ platforms.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting IGA solutions in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of Java, Beanshell scripting, and integration with LDAP/AD, databases, and web services.
Experience in role-based access control, policy management, and compliance reporting.

You should possess the ability to:

Independently handle SailPoint configuration and customization tasks.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work in a fast-paced environment and manage short-term project deliverables.
Analyze complex problems and deliver practical, secure identity solutions.
