Inbound Expert

We are looking for an Inbound Expert. As a member of the Inbound Team, the inbound expert plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. In this position, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, receiving goods, putting items away in designated storage areas, and reporting any discrepancies in inventory. You will work with both a warehouse management system and Excel spreadsheets to manage and track inventory. The role requires operating warehouse equipment such as stackers and reach trucks. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with your team members and the team lead to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report open put-away lines and monitor their progress.
• Investigate and resolve put-away errors to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate effectively regarding time management and task prioritization.
• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Assess and address operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.
• Process incoming shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Unload shipments and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Provide training and guidance to new employees to support their integration into the team.

About the team 

As an Inbound Expert, you will be a valued member of our multinational Inbound Team, which consists of 10 diverse members. The team's variety of cultures, coupled with a positive and collaborative atmosphere, creates an engaging and supportive work environment. Effective communication is a key factor in our success.

To foster team cohesion, we organize an annual warehouse event focused on team building. This event provides an opportunity to connect with colleagues outside of the workplace, engage in fun activities, and enjoy a dinner with the entire warehouse team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid reach truck certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
