The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inbound Supervisor to lead and oversee inbound operations at our Rotterdam warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the production operations tied to goods receiving, storage allocation, and ensuring smooth material flow from dock to stock.

Key Responsibilities

  Supervise daily inbound warehouse operations, including goods receiving, quality checks, and put-away processes.

  Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet volume demands.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse operatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and delays.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate cross-functionally with Outbound, Inventory Control, and Logistics teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to align team goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational SOPs.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity and accuracy.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Background in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Operations, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with a focus on inbound or production operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening shifts if required.

  
  

Desirable Experience

• 
  

  Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics companies.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with lean warehousing principles and inbound logistics flows.

  
  


• English fluency; Chinese is highly preferred.
