• Market Representation: Act as the official Country Representative for RIX Rewards, enhancing brand visibility and growth.
• Customized Solutions: Present clients with tailored solutions based on your deep industry knowledge.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement independent sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Relationship Building: Establish long-term partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor in your industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive Industry Network: Proven connections at the C-Level, VP, or Director level in Retail, Banking & Finance, or Consumer Electronics.
• Hunter Mentality: You are proactive, driven, and excel at securing new business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work independently and manage your business efforts.
• Financial Stability: Capable of supporting yourself during the initial 9-month ramp-up period.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of your sector and the ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers.
• Adaptability: Flexible approach to changing market conditions and creative problem-solving skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and the primary language of your country.
