Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Dutch speaking CRM Campaigns Manager to join our team.

This role involves managing and optimizing our clients main CRM platform (mainly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to ensure its full capabilities are leveraged to support business operations and strategic objectives.

The platform is not limited to SFMC so an experience in managing campaigns in MailChimp or MSD365 is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, build and customize email templates and content blocks.
  • Create & execute end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, database processing and ensuring accurate delivery (mainly but not exclusively in SFMC)
  • Set up and configure email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email delivery, A/B testing, personalisation and dynamic content implementation.
  • Accurately track campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Work with crm and first party data to segment audiences based on demographics, behaviours and preferences.
  • Run A/B tests for subject lines, content and designs to optimise campaign performance.
  • Analysing test results and implementing ideas to improve future campaigns.
  • Thoroughly review and test email campaigns on different email clients and devices to ensure flawless rendering and functionality.
  • Monitor key email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and engagement indicators.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
  • Contribute to the company’s CRM strategy by implementing and managing software that meets company objectives, including customer segmentation and campaign management.
  • Requirements:

  • Experience required: 3-5 years' experience or more in a similar role.
  • Education: 5 years' higher education.
  • Master's degree in marketing and/or Ecom, or business school diploma.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Dutch required, French is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Location: Amsterdam area

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Customer focus, ability to work in a team and collaborate actively.
