Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineer

Your responsibilities will include: Support Core Team Engineers with engineering activities related to process changes. Perform general engineering tasks, which may include updating standards, conducting time studies, documenting processes, and creating/approving change requests. Apply good working knowledge and application of pFMEA's, validation and qualification requirements. Ensure Safety and Quality, improve Service, and reduce Cost. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. 5+ years of professional experience in engineering roles. Strong sense of ownership: you take responsibility and drive initiatives forward. Pro-active mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills across all levels. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Supply chain experience (preferably in warehouse environment) is a must Experience working in the medical devices industry is a plus. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
