What you’ll be doing
Coordinate end-to-end execution of in-store display projects across the Benelux region
Act as the central point of contact between supply chain, commercial, finance, planning, and external partners (3PL, display builders)
Translate commercial plans into operational execution, ensuring forecasts, stock, and timelines are aligned
Manage product flows: from warehouse to display assembly to final delivery to customers
Ensure accurate product and master data setup in ERP systems to enable smooth invoicing and operations
Monitor and solve operational issues proactively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Support the creation and continuous improvement of processes, this role will help build the function from the ground up
Work with data (Excel, ERP systems) to track performance, ensure accuracy, and drive decisions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer logistics, or a similar role
Proven experience managing customer-facing or 3PL relationships
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills in English
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or omnichannel retail is a strong advantage
Hands-on, proactive mindset with high accountability and comfort working through change and ambiguity
