Innovation Engineer

Our client, a leading global ICT company, is recruiting an Innovation Engineer to join their business in the Netherlands.

Job Description 

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify improvements and innovations.
  

• Optimize processes within the warehouse, VAS and supporting transport flows.
  

• Map end-to-end process streams using Value Stream Mapping.
  

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects (DMAIC, Kaizen).
  

• Translate analyses into practical solutions and standards that ensure improvements are sustained.
  

• Collaborate closely with team leaders, operators, planners, and quality customers.
  

• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards and work instructions.
  

• Coach and support teams in Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
  

• Monitor performance and follow up on improvement projects, report to management and the customer.
  

• Implement innovative methods and techniques and create value for the customer.
  

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with warehouse procedures.
  

• English fluent, Dutch good to have.
