Your mission
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be single point of contact for our customers. The process begins when a customer submits a new request. By understanding the customer's needs and aligning them with the unique selling points (USPs) of our product portfolio, you will expertly offer the perfect solution. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to manage projects independently. Thanks to your hands-on approach, you will bring projects to successful completion. And, you're not easily thrown off course by any challenges that come your way. You will work closely with the operations manager, sales managers, and account team to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved effectively. Additionally, much of the administrative work is handled by an international partner, allowing you to focus fully on customer requests and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating costs, production, and optimization options with contacts
- Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Developing customized solutions for customer specifications
- Responding to inquiries (internally and externally) in a reliable, service-oriented manner
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and monitoring deliveries
- Collaborating closely with various departments (e.g., sales, purchasing, logistics)
