10+ year old company specializing in composite products that are energy efficient and sustainable for the high growth commercial building industry is looking to hiring an Inside Sales Representative

Our goal is to empower individuals that have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and are detailed driven to join our growing team. We've made the Inc. 5000 list consecutively for 3 years as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the country.

Responsibilities

* Source new sales opportunities through CRM Data Base and CMD/Dodge leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, quotes and emails

* Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving goodwill of the Company

* Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer

* Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints

* Understand customer needs and requirements

* Perform virtual AIA continuing education lunch in learn meetings weekly

* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

* Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

* Work with Territory Sales Rep

Onsite at their Allegan location. Not being offered remotely!

Job Requirements

Skills/Experience

* Proven inside sales experience

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Technical / Mechanical aptitude a plus

* Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Strong listening skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* CRM knowledge and experience a plus

* 4-year degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience

* 2-year+ experience in Sales a plus

Great benefits and compensation packages.

$50,000-$60,000 based on experience

Past employment history minimum of 3-4 years per position.#IND456
