Objective
Achieve coherence, progress, and results by implementing a strong participation and communication strategy, ensuring proper administrative alignment with the Municipal Executive and Council.
Key Responsibilities
Connect projects across Space, Society, and Operations domains
Monitor and adjust program frameworks (scope, planning, budget, quality)
Align expectations with civil service clients and administrators
Provide firm administrative guidance and transparent alternatives for decision-making
Drive collaboration and implement participation/communication strategy
Profile
Extensive public sector program management experience
Strong organizational skills with helicopter view and attention to detail
Politically sensitive, able to deliver difficult messages
Creates space and trust but adjusts when necessary
Familiar with sustainability, social real estate, and participation
