At the global head office in Breda a new position has arisen for an International Tax Manager who will report to the Group Tax Director and will be part of the Group Finance team. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the other Global Functions and finance and tax colleagues in the 35+ countries in which PVM is active. The Group Tax department sets the global tax strategy and at the same time focuses on optimization of all taxes, tax control, and being tax compliant. This requires the department to monitor all (intyernational) tax developments, have a good understanding of the business, the related processes, systems and tax risks.
The International Tax Manager will be responsible for managing various corporate income tax topics, with a focus on the Netherlands and Europe. You will manage the head-office tax position, which includes responsibility for withholding tax on interest, royalty’s and dividends, country-by-country-reporting and Pillar II. The International Tax Manager will also be responsible for transfer pricing, both in relation to the various head-office charges but also in relation to the European principal model. This position requires frequent interaction and close cooperation with (senior) business leaders within the organization, including regional and local finance people.

The role is based in Breda, the Netherlands, with the possibility for hybrid working (2 days at the office / 3 days from home). Travelling to our entities abroad is involved (max. 10%).
