Job Description - Internship | Global Operations Specialist (February)

We are looking for an ambitious and internationally oriented student. In addition to working in the team, you will participate in setting up the international growth of this company and have the opportunity to gain international experience.

As an intern, you will have the possibility to develop yourself in several areas of the company. The main activities include keeping in touch with our customers and transport partners worldwide and connecting transport companies to new destinations worldwide. Apart from your regular work, you will also be allowed to develop new ideas within Get-e.

We provide top-notch B2B service to our customers all over the world. You are the first point of contact for B2B customers and transport suppliers.
You deliver quality checks for the bookings, assess the needs of our customers and suppliers, and communicate on a business level over the phone, via email, and by chat.
You identify areas of improvement and think along about possible solutions.

You are a 3rd or 4rd year student in a relevant study at a minimum level of HBO.
You are eager to learn.
You have strong communication skills (Fluent in English is required).
You see opportunities for improvement and further expand our services, knowledge, and specialties.
We support our customers 24/7/365 anywhere in the world. You must therefore be available to work early and late shifts.
