Job Description - Internship | Partnership Specialist (February)

You work together with 12 ambitious and eager colleagues and are the first point of contact for our suppliers. You use your excellent communication and analytical skills to assess the needs of the suppliers and build long-term business relationships. You ask questions, communicate clearly, and show empathy, but also have great negotiation skills to get the job done. You have a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to increase our services and revenue. Since we are a young and ambitious company, you demonstrate ownership and bring in ideas to improve our business.Your main responsibilities are:

You will scale up the business through partnerships with companies like Booking.com, Expedia, and Visa.
You will be responsible for launching new markets in your designated regions.
You will proactively manage the acquisition, selection, and training of potential partners in both existing and new markets.
You will build strong cooperation with partners to enhance supplier performance.
You will analyse revenue, profit, performance, and capacity in your assigned regions.

You are fluent in English, and knowledge of other languages is a big plus.
You can start your internship in February.
You are a great communicator, who isn’t easily brushed off and has a strong desire to win every deal.
You are a hero in negotiation, convincing people, and time management.
You have the ability to develop and take ownership of your own processes to achieve your goals.
You have a strong eye for detail and are good with numbers.
