The Inventory & Stock Integrity Manager plays a dual role in leading inventory planning and
procurement strategy while ensuring stock accuracy and operational compliance across all
stores in the region. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Product,
LP, IT, Retail, and Supply Chain to oversee buying processes, manage vendor relationships,
execute RFID audits, and support inventory control measures. With a focus on data accuracy,
system integrity, and operational excellence, this position is central to driving margin
performance, minimizing shrink, and optimizing stock availability across the retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
RFID Audit Oversight
Ensure all scheduled RFID inventory counts are conducted accurately and on time
across all retail locations.
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures related to RFID scanning and
reporting.
Store Support & Training
Provide training and guidance to store teams on proper use of RFID equipment and
best practices for inventory scanning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for store-level questions or issues related to
RFID inventory processes.
Exception & Variance Follow-Up
Investigate and document all inventory discrepancies, variances, or missing items
identified during RFID scans.
Work closely with store teams and Loss Prevention to identify root causes of recurring
issues or anomalies.
Reporting & Documentation
Compile regular reports on scan compliance, missing item trends, and overall
inventory accuracy.
Maintain accurate logs of each store’s scan performance, missed scans, and any
corrective actions taken.
Equipment & Technology Management
Ensure RFID scanners and related technology are functioning correctly and escalate
technical issues to IT or vendors when needed.
Track and manage the inventory of RFID equipment across stores.
Working together with the vendor (Becosoft) for optimal actions and problem solving
Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency or accuracy in the RFID scanning process.
Assist in updating protocols or training materials to reflect changes in technology,
policy, or observed best practices.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with Inventory Control, Operations, and Loss Prevention teams to align
goals and ensure accurate stock levels.
Communicate effectively with District/Store Managers regarding compliance, training
needs, and performance metrics.
Support for Loss Prevention Initiatives
Assist with additional assignments and special projects as directed by the Loss
Prevention department, including but not limited to investigations, audits, and
operational compliance reviews.
Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
Experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Or 3–5+ years of experience in inventory planning, retail buying, stock auditing, or supply chain.
Proficiency in ERP and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RFID tools (Detego,
Becosoft), and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and training capabilities, with proven stakeholder
management experience.
Familiarity with European retail compliance standards and inventory-related regulatory
practices is an advantage.
