Key Responsibilities

• Daily inventory management of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products across cultivation, processing, and packaging.
• Performing cyclic counts, full physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• FIFO / FEFO inventory management.
• Overseeing batch and lot registration processes.
• Maintaining awareness of compliance requirements and ensuring strict accuracy and discipline in inventory counting.
• Applying appropriate storage strategies based on product characteristics and rotation rules.
• Ensuring traceability at the batch level.
• Monitoring stock rotation, waste registration, and destruction protocols for non-conforming products.
• Collaborating with production planning to forecast needs and avoid stock shortages or bottlenecks.
• Implementing ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitoring inventory KPIs.
• Working closely with the QA/Compliance Officer to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
• Regularly coordinating with the Production and Post-Harvest Managers to identify, manage, and reduce dead or slow-moving stock.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management within cannabis/food/pharma or another highly regulated sector.​
• Experience in setting up inventory processes and procedures.​
• Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards.
