Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solar PV asset acquisitions and sales from initial assessment through to closing across international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, developers, advisors, and other relevant market participants.
- Stay close to the market, tracking transaction activity, valuation levels, financing conditions, and investor appetite, while proactively identifying financing partners, and counterparties across solar PV and BESS.
- Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, project economics, financing structures, and returns.
- Prepare investment cases, valuations, and financial analysis (including sensitivities and risk analysis) for internal decision-making.
- Work directly with banks and investors on financing options, terms, and transaction structures.
- Coordinate closely with legal, technical, commercial, tax, and external advisory teams throughout the transaction process.
- Take clear ownership of outcomes, driving decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum throughout the transaction process.
