The role
Are you a seasoned coordinator with experience in Investor Relations (IR) or another high-paced environment? Do you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy ensuring that things run smoothly? Do you have a supportive mindset and want to play a key role in our new Investor Relations team? Join us as the Investor Relations Coordinator at TMICC and be part of our journey.
The Investor Relations Coordinator plays a key role within the IR team, which is responsible for shaping the company’s relationship with investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. The team is entrusted with communicating the company strategy and performance to diverse audiences while maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial communications.
Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and logistical support for day-to-day Investor Relations activities, as well as seasonal events and meetings. This includes organising roadshows, coordinating conference attendance for the IR team and Board, managing the investor inbox, and supporting activities during earnings season. You will also assist in organizing corporate events.
This role sits within the newly established Investor Relations team, alongside the Investor Relations Director and Investor Relations Manager, and is part of the Finance function.
What you'll be responsible for
Provide administrative support for investor relations' day-to-day activities and seasonal events and meetings.
Assist in organizing corporate events such as Investor Day, Annual Shareholder meeting, internal events, and provide assistance during budget season, attendance to conferences, and IR roadshows.
Support the department during earnings season, including the review and distribution of earnings documents and reviewing transcripts.
Manage the investor inbox to ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
Provide scheduling support and expense reporting for the IR team.
Provide support to maintain the company's investor relations website ensuring it contains accurate and up-to-date information.
We're looking for someone who
Work experience in investor relations, board support, or a related field. Event coordination experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of finance and capital markets, gained through education or experience.
A true team player who values collaboration, contributes to a positive team dynamic, and is eager to develop alongside the team.
Can-do mentality, with the ability to work under pressure.
Service-oriented attitude, both inside and outside of TMICC.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with IR and CRM tools appreciated.
