IT Asset Management Assistant

Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle.

We are currently looking for a Asset Manager to join our growing team in one of the most biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

• Inventorization of all ICT assets with barcode scanner and real time update of the configuration item database, re-labelling damaged barcode labels, checking barcode labels and reporting items without barcode etc.;
• Provide support for physical reception of assets;
• Support with re-allocation of goods and warehouse logistics, sorting and clean-up of all unnecessary goods;
• Find missing assets;
• Support in disposal of obsolete items;
• Physical support during the inventory and cycle counts.

Who you are:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor plus minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT professional working in a medium-large enterprise ICT environment 
• Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
• More than 3 years of experience in managing ICT assets

• More than 3 years of experience working in an ITIL environment

• Familiarity with client hardware (laptops, mobile phones, tablets)

• Familiarity with asset management software and hardware assets lifecycle

• Familiarity with CMDB management and asset management processes

Desirable:

• Certification: ITIL Foundation
