YOUR ROLE

As the IT Business Relationship Manager you are leading the IT Solutions strategy and execution for CEVA Contract Logistics in the Benelux. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of the solutions as well as facilitating the on-boarding of new customers. You will be the central point between the business and IT. You will work closely with the Contract Logistics team, and the local, European and Global IT teams to ensure CEVA is delivering optimal solutions for our customers and foster CEVA’s growth ambition in these business activities.

As an IT Business Relationship Manager, you will formally report to the head of IT Benelux and be part of the Benelux IT team. Our sites and customers are mainly in the southern region of The Netherlands and Belgium. You will be located in Zaltbommel but will be working remote or on sites.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an IT Business Relationship Manager you are going to:

• Be the concept owner of CEVA Benelux Contract Logistics Solution;


• Work with our Customers, agree the business requirements, refine them and translate them into IT requirements in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, Solution Design consultants and the BD function when needed;


• Establish long term relationships with key stakeholders in the business and within our external customers;


• Maintain a portfolio of current and future activities (project & changes) including their current status enabling correct planning and reporting;


• Ensure the delivery of solutions to time, quality and cost targets by engaging with the local and Global IT teams and managing the end to end process of delivery;


• Ensure that all functional requirements are met by solutions and that the business benefits expected are measured and delivered;


• Ensure our stakeholders are kept informed of technological changes and also promote internal IT innovation coming from the various CEVA teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken;


• University degree in IT or Business;


• Leadership experience within a business line or IT role;


• Experience in Solution design and pre sales environments;


• Strong affinity required on contract logistics / 3PL;


• Good working knowledge of IT processes and experience of full life cycle methodologies such as Prince II;


• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems;


• Knows our industry well to understand and spot opportunities;
