Job Description - IT support specialist


 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

·         Level 3 – Expert: either (i) a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 4 years attested by a diploma and relevant professional experience of at least 9 years gained after the award of the diploma OR (ii) a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma and relevant professional experience of at least 10 years gained after the award of the diploma

·         More than 3 years of experience working in an ITIL environment

·         Good knowledge of Windows 10

ü  Troubleshooting and

ü  Drivers management and

ü  Custom installation and

ü  Drivers issues management and

ü  BIOS configuration and

ü  Accounts management

·         Good knowledge of Active Directory structure, objects and Group Policies

ü  Understanding of OU nesting and

ü  Checking applied policies

·         Good knowledge of at least 1 ITSM tool

·         Good knowledge of client hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets)

ü  Installation and delivery of computers and

ü  Installation and delivery of mobile devices and

ü  Data wiping of mobile devices

·         Good knowledge of the MFP (Multi-Functional Printers) maintenance, support and physical maintenance of consumables and parts.

ü  Toner change and

ü  Troubleshooting consumables issues

·         Good knowledge of at least 1 Mobile Devices Management solution

ü  Device enrolment and

ü  Compliance checks and

ü  Remote user support (unlock, reprovision business applications…)




Desirable Qualifications/Experience:


·         Good knowledge of Windows 11 remote deployments using MDT, SCCM or Altiris




DUTIES/ROLE:


·         Provide 1st/2nd level support on client ICT incidents

·         Fulfil client ICT service requests

·         Prepare, configure and maintain PCs

·         Prepare, configure and maintain mobile phones and tablets

·         Prepare, configure and maintain mobile offices

·         Prepare and configure USB sticks and tokens

·         Perform required hardware maintenance and setup tasks

·         Configure, maintain and support MFP
