YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a person to join our IT team in a newly established warehouse in the Netherlands. The most important thing for us is the interest in IT issues and knowledge of English.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Testing new functionalities in warehouse applications (including Gofos, Smart Portal)

• Analyzing the improvements and errors reported by the client, operational managers and supervisor

• Reporting and describing new bugs on relevant online platforms (e.g. JIRA)

• Analyzing the order life process based on XML files as well as external systems (including MuleSoft and nShift)

• Editing manuals, system guides and articles for internal users, using e.g. Confluence

• Creating test scenarios

• Support for the activities of the UAT team

• Direct cooperation with developers and the client

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Good knowledge of English language both speaing and writing

• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands

• Interest in IT issues

• Knowledge of operational processes and warehouse systems (Gofos)

• Knowledge of ticketing systems (Service Now, JIRA) is appreciated
