Position: Italian expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $16–$18/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1-2 hours total

Role Responsibilities

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided.
• Conduct 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
• Work independently to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native Italian speaker.
• Prior data annotation experience.
• Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number.
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
• Available to start immediately.
