Job Description - ITSM Service Delivery Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Lead the implementation phase of IT Service Management (ITSM) service delivery models.

Develop and manage governance frameworks, including RACI matrices.

Oversee migration and integration activities to ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on outcomes.

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes, frameworks, and service delivery models.

Proven experience in project management and ITSM implementation.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience developing and managing governance frameworks and RACI matrices.

Hands-on experience with migration and integration activities.

Familiarity with cloud-based ITSM solutions.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, data analytics in service delivery, and change management processes is an advantage.

ITIL or equivalent service management certification is preferred.
