Enterprise Risk Management Manager (f/m/d)

Why does this role exist?

The ERM Manager strengthens JTI’s Enterprise Risk Management capability through a pragmatic and synthetic approach to data collection and analysis. The role supports the continuous enhancement of risk practices and the delivery of executive-ready reporting by transforming complex and multiple risk inputs into clear, decision‑relevant insights.

What will you actually do?

Analyze and synthesize internal and external risk information to provide insights on key enterprise risks, trends, and emerging topics

Work closely with global and regional experts to refine risk frameworks, indicators, and mitigation approaches

Support risk self‑assessment processes and translate outcomes into clear leadership‑level communications

Prepare high‑quality presentations and briefings for senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders

Represent Enterprise Risk Management in cross‑functional initiatives and professional risk communities

Who are we looking for?

A graduate‑level education in business, finance, economics, risk management, engineering, or data‑related fields

Several years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategy, or analytical roles

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity

Ability to evolve in a no-routine / no-template job where problem solving mindset, iterations for continuous enhancement and attention to detail matter

Advanced spreadsheets and data-handling capabilities, with openness to AI productivity tools and familiarity with collaborative digital workflows e.g. Power Automates. Power BI knowledge considered a plus

Comfort working with diverse stakeholders and presenting to senior audiences
