The Joybuy Marketing Lead is responsible for defining and driving the Pan-EU marketing strategy and performance framework for the Joybuy account, fully aligned with the Joint Business Plan (JBP) and commercial priorities led by the Joybuy International Key Account Manager (IKAM).

This role owns all marketing-related levers to drive consumer pull, conversion, and brand visibility, including PDP excellence, retail media, onsite/offsite media, and A&P investment strategy.

The role operates at EU level for strategy, governance, and measurement, while enabling local execution across launch markets. Also this role is responsible to continuously optimize performance through data and insights.

Working cross-functionally (sales, marketing, ISC, finance) this role plays a critical part in building a strong and consistent Philips presence on Joybuy, accelerating sell-out hyper growth.

Your role:

• Pan-EU Marketing Strategy & Planning: Defines and drives the overarching Joybuy marketing strategy and retail media plan aligned with the JBP to maximize growth and ROI.
• Retail Media & Performance Management: Owns retail media execution frameworks, budget allocation, and performance optimization through data-driven insights and continuous testing.
• PDP Excellence & Content Optimization: Ensures best-in-class digital shelf by setting standards for PDP quality, localization, and conversion optimization across markets.
• Local Market Activation & Execution: Enables and guides local teams to execute performance marketing, influencer, and PR activities in line with central strategy.
• Cross-functional Alignment & Governance: Aligns stakeholders, agencies, and markets to deliver a unified One Philips marketing approach for Joybuy.
• Insights, Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Drives performance improvement by leveraging data, insights, and a structured test-and-learn approach.
• Shop-in-Shop & Brand Experience: Owns the visual identity and consumer journey within Joybuy, ensuring consistent and high-impact brand experience.

• 7 years of working experience, pureplay experience big plus
• Masters degree
• English speaking
• Strong ability to lead by influence in a complex, cross-functional environment

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

This position can be based in one of the following European Hubs: Amsterdam, Farnborough, Hamburg, Stockholm, Madrid or Milan.

Local grading will apply.
