The Role

As a Junior Creator Affiliate Campaign Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and activating Speaky's creator community. You'll support creators throughout their journey, from onboarding and education to campaign execution and performance tracking, helping them succeed within the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem.

Working closely with the Creator Affiliate Lead and the broader Commerce and TikTok Shop teams, you'll help execute affiliate campaigns, maintain creator engagement and ensure operational excellence across our growing creator network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about the creator economy, social commerce and building meaningful creator relationships.

You will report to the Creator Affiliate Lead and collaborate closely with Creator Affiliate Campaign Managers, the Commerce and TikTok Shop teams, creators and brand partners across a variety of TikTok Shop campaigns.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day communication, engagement and retention within the Speaky creator community


• Source and reach out to new creators, following established outreach strategies and best practices


• Guide creators through onboarding, platform setup and their first affiliate activations


• Maintain and improve Speaky Academy, ensuring educational content remains relevant, engaging and up to date


• Support the end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns, including creator briefing, coordination, content delivery and reporting


• Track creator performance metrics, campaign results and affiliate activity, ensuring data is accurately maintained


• Handle creator administration, including contracts, invoicing and platform-related logistics

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, community management or a related field


• Experience supporting creator communities or managing relationships with creators and influencers


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously


• Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts, including affiliate links, commission structures and performance-based campaigns


• Comfortable working with creator community platforms such as Discord, Whop, Growi or similar tools


• Fluent in English, with Dutch language skills strongly preferred


• Curious, proactive and eager to learn about TikTok Shop, social commerce and the rapidly evolving creator economy
