We’re looking for a Junior Growth Marketer to join BIQH, a key business unit of ShareCompany, and help us expand our reach across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while contributing to the success of a cutting-edge fintech scale-up.

At ShareCompany, we are reshaping how financial institutions access and manage market data. Through our BIQH unit, we offer state-of-the-art data management platforms, powered by our GraphQL API, enabling efficient, real-time financial market data for institutions across Europe. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking passionate individuals to join us in our mission to become a major international player in the fintech space.

As a Junior Growth Marketer at BIQH, you will play a pivotal role in marketing and lead generation activities, supporting our Business Team in driving new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Product Marketer, Business Development Manager, and Business Director to elevate BIQH’s market presence and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Content Initiatives (80% of your time): Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and sales enablement. You will be actively involved in outreach, building relationships, and tracking engagement using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Client Engagement & Networking (20% of your time): Represent BIQH at industry events, engage with clients to identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve our marketing approach.

Growth Ownership: As a Junior Growth Marketer, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of initiatives and drive improvement within the marketing and lead generation functions.
