Junior Category Manager Fragrance

As Junior Category Manager Fragrance, you’ll play a key role in building Europe’s most distinctive perfume assortment. Working closely with and reporting to the Category Manager, you help source and onboard niche and luxury brands, ensuring they are launched and set up for success across all channels. From order planning and system setup to campaign support, you’ll touch every part of the process and you’ll gain valuable experience in the heart of our business.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and place purchase orders based on forecasts and supplier timelines to ensure smooth product availability.

• Set up new perfumes across systems like Firmhouse, Sanity, and Yotpo making sure every launch is complete, accurate, and timely.

• Maintain clear order and supplier documentation, tracking lead times and delivery performance.

• Support campaign readiness by checking stock, reviewing timelines, and aligning internally with stakeholders.

• Monitor and report category performance based on key metrics to guide decisions.

• Act as the go-to contact for product questions from cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Design, CRM).

• Help improve product onboarding flows and SOPs, suggesting smarter, faster ways to work.

• Contribute to assortment reviews and internal presentations gaining insight into category strategy and brand positioning.

• A gross monthly salary in the range of €2.500 - €3.000 per month depending on experience, excluding holiday allowance

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle

• You are organised, proactive, and detail-oriented and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional team

• You are eager to learn and quick to take initiative

• You remain calm under pressure and have a passion for getting things right

• Fluency in Dutch & English, please *only* apply if you speak both!

• You are confident with Excel/Google Sheets, Keynote/Google Slides
