• define and analyze business processes;
• translate business processes to the Cloud;
• we like agile, but we grew up in Waterfall;
• support the project and program management;
• prepare and supervise workshops at the client;
• draft business requirements and provide advice on Finance and Supply Chain processes.

You possess excellent communication skills and are able to come up with worthwhile solutions in consultation with the client. You learn quickly about the functional core processes of an organization and how to improve these. You are energized with the idea of working abroad and you have a sense of political relationships and cultural differences. For the role of Junior Consultant Oracle Cloud you also have:

• a completed Master’s degree. Preferably with a specialization in the areas of Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or IT;
• affinity and/ or working experience in the field of business processes;
• demonstrable affinity with IT (experience with ERP packages is an advantage);
• excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

As a Cloud consultant you work in a multidisciplinary team on varied projects that aim to improve the business processes of an organization through Cloud ERP solutions. Right from the start you work closely with the client and bear responsibility for the client relation which includes room for your own initiative.
