What impact will you make?  

With your passion for solving complex Supply Chain & Network challenges, you make a difference helping prepare clients for long-term success. Business challenges at hand span across all areas of the Supply Chain, including Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics & Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management and Sourcing & Procurement. 

How do you do this? 

• delivering projects for industry-leading clients in- and outside the Netherlands; 

• collaborating in multidisciplinary teams consisting of Deloitte colleagues and clients, with a high level of integrity; 

• committing to challenge the status quo to deliver (digital) solutions for complex challenges; 

• sharing your entrepreneurial spirit through ideas to support the growth of our leading supply chain practice; 

• using your interest in trends and new (digital) technologies to make a difference; 

• continuously develop yourself by emerging yourself in extensive learning & training opportunities including on-the-job training. 

Projects differ greatly in content and industry. Within various organizations, such as retail companies, chemicals, high-tech, and the humanitarian sector, you help with short strategic assignments or with larger transformation projects that last several months. In addition, we consider personal development important. You will have a coach who supports you in this and with whom you set up your growth plan. Moreover, besides your project work, you can contribute to initiatives in areas such as sustainability and diversity.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Junior Consultant Supply Chain & Network Operations: 

• a WO university master's degree with good academic grades; 

• interest in consulting and supply chain, which becomes clear from your studies, internships and/or work experience; 

• extracurricular activities next to your studies (e.g. board, voluntary work, or internship).
