Junior Digital Marketer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven digital marketer to join our team and elevate our online presence to the next level. With us, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, contributing to the success of our growing organization. 

The candidate will be part of the Marketing & communications team, working under the supervision of our marketing lead.

• Data Detective: Dig deep into brand awareness data, unearthing trends and crafting winning recommendations.
• Social Media Sorcerer: Conjure up engaging content and manage our social media channels, turning followers into brand loyalists.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. 
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
• Website hero: using the Webflow tool for maintaining the website. Implementing content updates, SEO strategy, and user experience improvements. 
• Aid in the creation of online content (blog posts, videos, social media). 
• Use Adobe Creative Suite applications, namely Photoshop and InDesign, to create visual concepts and marketing documentation according to ILIAS Solutions branding. 
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the defense industry, identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. 
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and InDesign), Monday and Webflow. 
• Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, online analytics, Google Ads, etc.). 
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Self-motivated individual with effective time management and organizational skills. 
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus) 
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.                                                       T
