As a Junior Legal Counsel you will be involved in the following activities: 

• Supporting an audit of already concluded contracts
• Identify any discrepancies between contracts and internal procedures/policies by means of a questionnaire. A questionnaire will have to be completed for each contract

In addition, it may also be possible that support is required for full contract reviews and other legal issues. What’s in for you

• Gross salary between €22,- and €23,- per hour, depends on number of years of work experience
• Reimbursement of travel costs of € 0.23 per kilometre, maximum €11.36 or full reimbursement of public transport
• ADV 5% compensation

• Full-time/Part-time job of 32 to 40 hours a week

The working hours in this position are between 32 and 40 hrs per week during regular office hours. Partly working from home is possible. Preferably two days in the office.

• A degree of University of Law , mainly Contract law
• at least 2 years of work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Word, Teams and Microsoft Forms 
• Availability of 32 hours per week 
• Good command of English
