Job Responsibilities :

1. Order Management:

• Process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to track order status and resolve any discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure product availability.

• Maintain accurate order records in the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and generate periodic reports.

2. RMA Coordination:

• Manage the return merchandise authorization process, including issuing RMA numbers and tracking returned goods.

• Ensure returned products meet company policies and quality standards for replacements, repairs, or refunds.

• Collaborate with quality assurance, warehouse, and finance teams to validate and process returns efficiently.

• Update customer accounts and provide regular communication on return status.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as a point of contact for order and RMA-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Work closely with customer service teams to address escalations and provide resolutions.

• Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze data on order fulfillment rates, return trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.

• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and records
