Junior Process Manager Social Domain

• Setting up process management within the organization
  
• Preparation of process overviews, process descriptions and work instructions
  
• Setting up and investing process ownership
  
• Ensuring that the administrative organisation remains up -to -date
  
• Collaborate with the Processes team, quality assurance staff and the Processes team leader
  
• Involving employees from the organization in process design
  
• Alignment with ongoing projects such as archiving and data warehouse
  

Requirements

• Demonstrable work experience as a process manager in the social domain
  
• Demonstrable work experience in setting up and implementing an administrative organization
  
• Completed higher professional education (bachelor's degree)
  
• Strong communication skills in Dutch
  

• Demonstrable work experience in drawing up process descriptions
